COMMON QUESTIONS

A little clarity
before you call.

Unsure what your letter means or what kind of device you have? Nissa can help you work out the next step.

Ask Nissa
I received a backflow testing notice. What should I do?

Check the testing due date on your letter and contact a backflow testing company. You can attach the notice here so the property address, device information, and any customer number are included in your request.

Can I upload a photo of the letter?

Yes. Both inquiry forms let you choose a photo, screenshot, or PDF. Use Take a photo to open the camera on a supported phone, or Choose files to select a document you already have. Attaching a notice is optional.

How often does a backflow device need testing?

Water providers commonly require annual testing. Follow the due date and instructions on your own notice, because the testing schedule depends on your water provider and device.

What types of backflow assemblies do you service?

AND1 Backflow tests, installs, and repairs reduced pressure (RP), double check (DC), pressure vacuum breaker (PVB), and spill resistance vacuum breaker (SVB) assemblies.

Do you work on homes and commercial properties?

Yes. Nissa provides backflow testing for both residential and commercial properties in North Carolina.

Do you offer HOA or group testing?

Yes. HOA agreements and group rates are available. Call (919) 451-1321 to discuss the properties and request pricing.

How much does testing cost?

Call (919) 451-1321 for a quote based on your property and backflow assembly. Prices are not published here.
